Trial Period:
There will be a 2-week trial period. The 2 weeks are paid before drop-off of the first day. It is non-refundable. If, after the trial period, either the parent or I decide to discontinue care, there will be no penalties and the contract will be null and void.
At or before drop-off of the first day, I must have the all admission forms filled out.
Holding Fees:
If you want me to hold a spot for less than 4 weeks, you will have to pre-pay for the 2 week trial period at the time you want me to begin holding that spot. This payment is non-refundable, whether or not you bring your child.
Holding a spot between 4 weeks and 8 weeks will require payment of 1/2 the tuition for the time the spot is being held.
Holding a spot for more than 8 weeks will require payment of 1/2 the tuition from week 1- week 8, and the full tuition beyond that.

Tuition includes meals and all supplies including diapers, wipes, sunscreen, insect repellant, etc.
ENROLLMENT FEE: Enrollment fee is made in 2 payments: one payment at the signing of contract and the second in the January invoice. If you enroll your child later in the year, fee is prorated.
Half Day/Full Day
5 days/week: $300/$520

Late Pick-up Fees:
The first hour is billed at drop-in rate of $8/hr. A fee of $1 per minute will be billed to the parent for picking up child after 1 hour past pick up time. Pick up time is noted when the parent/guardian arrives at my doorstep. Late fees will be added to the next bill.
Full Time Attendees: A fee of $1 per minute will be billed to the parent for picking up child past 9 hours.
Refunds:
If, at termination of childcare, I owe a refund, I will have a maximum of 60 days to issue it.
After Trial Period:
After the trial period is over, if you decide to continue childcare, you must bring the signed contract, enrollment fee payment, and first and last month's tuition. Your child may not come to school after the trial period without a signed contract and payment. Enrollment Fee and last month's tuition can be made in 2 payments.
If you decide to discontinue childcare, I need a written notice. You may email or drop off the notice.
